The Rotorua sheep, deer and goat farmer feels ripped off after belonging to a Hamilton dating agency for a year and not meeting anyone.
But the owner of the agency said Mr Fleming was "rude and obnoxious" and she struck him off her books.
The 46-year-old admits he's found it hard to find his perfect woman and thought he'd try his luck with women in the Waikato.
But after a year of belonging to Adventure Date – without getting a date – he began to feel "conned" and demanded his money back. He paid $190 for a two-year membership.
"I was told (by organiser Liz Heart) that mostly rural and younger members go along . . . but I've been going for over a year and haven't had one single date. Some meetings were all men, some were all women," Mr Fleming said.
He was looking for a woman with a farming background, aged between 25 and 40, who was keen to have a family, but most of the women he met through Adventure Date were too old.
"I'm a farmer and call a spade a spade . . . but a woman that is too old for me is like a culled ewe on a farm. I want to have a family."
Ms Heart said she had no choice but to expel him. She refused to give him his money back as it would be admitting he was right.
"He offended all the women and said if they were over child-bearing age they just ought to be dog tucker.
"I call a spade a spade too."
