THEY have been close friends since they were 6. They were classmates throughout primary school, had the same piano teacher and look so alike that even their relatives have mixed them up before.

It's no surprise that marketing communications manager Jennifer Yeo (above, right) and former beauty queen Audrey Quek (above, left), both 32, have combined their expertise to work as a team.
Ms Yeo is the founder-director of local dating and lifestyle enrichment agency Heart2Heart Connect, which was set up in November and has 500 members.
Ms Quek - who gave birth to a baby girl a month ago - is the principal image consultant for her three-year-old company, Audrey Quek Image Consultancy.
The ex-Elite model won both
Miss Singapore World 1999 and Miss World Fuqing 2000, and was a finalist in 1997's The New Paper New Face competition.
Not only has she coached beauty pageant contestants (Miss Singapore Universe,
Miss Singapore World), she counts MediaCorp and the Ministry of Manpower among her corporate clients.
Both women have previously collaborated on a few ad hoc projects.
Now, Ms Yeo has roped in her gal pal as an official partner and has launched a new series of complementary dating preparation packages which combines physical and emotional makeovers.
Ms Yeo, who is single, said: 'Audrey and I know each other so well and we've supported each other all these years. I don't have to worry about getting cheated...
'Her strengths are in grooming and coaching and mine, in marketing. So I can help take away her stress in promoting packages, while I focus on the core business.
'And rather than teaching all the courses, it's good for my clients to get another viewpoint, especially from a professional like Audrey.'
Ms Yeo feels that their two-pronged approach will benefit singles who prefer to be prepped before being thrown into the deep end of the dating pool. Once their emotional baggage is tackled, greater success rates will follow.
She lamented: 'We see a market for singles who lack confidence, grooming and are quite socially inept. They may come across as boring when they are just naturally shy.
'We really hope to help them out.'
