A Salt Lake City dating service agent is accused of exposing himself to a client, fondling her breasts and asking for sexual acts, state documents filed with the 3rd district court.
Now, Salt Lake City police want to take the suspect's blood and physically inspect his genitals - actions they believe will prove his offense.
A search warrant affidavit filed Thursday details a lewd encounter between the dating service agent and his client on Sept. 17 as the woman tried to complete her personal profile.
The 23-year-old agent allegedly turned his questioning to sex, became aroused and exposed himself, the affidavit states. The man then asked the client to kiss his genitals.
The client complied at first, but quickly became uncooperative as he touched her breasts and masturbated in front of her, according to the court documents.
Police are investigating criminal charges of forcible sexual abuse, a second-degree felony. The agent has denied any sexual misconduct during the encounter.
