SINGLE-minded Rachel Upton has jumped on the "band" wagon in her search for a partner.
And her "Yes I am single.com" wristband could be a business winner.
JobCentre worker Ms Upton, 39, said: "I've done lots of dating sites and standing in the pub with my sister in law and thought that if there was something, like a bracelet, to show that you are available it would save a lot of time."
Her pharmacy worker brother-in-law Geoff Jackson suggested a charity-style wristband: "We want people to see it, but also for it to be subtle," he said.
"And when they see it to know what it means," added Ms Upton.
Since setting up their www.yesiamsingle.com website sales - including a 10% donation to the Give a Child a Chance charity - have taken off and their idea has won through to the third round of new Sky One TV show The Big Idea.
Ms Upton said: "The first two rounds were really nerve-wracking, but all the film crew wanted our bands." The Wallasey pair film their next show in early October with a final slot up for grabs.
