With effect from 11 September, it will be possible for customers to complete visa application forms, in English, online. Once completed and printed, customers can then opt to pay the relevant consular fee and handling charge at any branch Vneshtorgbank ( VTB24 ) before forwarding their application form and bank receipt to any applicable Visa Application Centre. Alternatively, a customer can opt to attend a VAC, with a priority appointment, and submit their application in person. We believe that this additionally facility will further assist customers to lodge applications in a quick and efficient manner.
- SMS Confirmation
Again with effect from 11th September, customers will be able to receive confirmation that their passport is ready for collection from a VAC by SMS text message. It is believed that this service should be available to over 95% of our customers through the network of major mobile service providers. A charge of 30 Roubles per SMS will be levied for this service.
