THE North West Enquirer is delighted that Selfridges and 105.4 Century FM have agreed to be a partner with the paper on an exciting new initiative for the region – the North West’s Most Eligible Singles 2006.
On Thursday 21 September, the Enquirer will be publishing a list of 100 men and women, all singles and highly eligible. They can be found across the region and are drawn from a variety of professions and backgrounds: from media and property to education, sport, business and the arts.
Many will be well-known figures, either regionally, nationally or internationally while others will be new names to most people.
Age is not a criteria but success is – and not necessarily financial. The 100 are good, very good at what they do but just happen to be single!
The list has now been judged by a panel of well-known and respected business people in the North West including The Enquirer’s Managing Director, Nick Jaspan, Frank McKenna of Downtown Liverpool in Business, two executives from Selfridges, Tony Wrighton from Century FM and XFM Manchester's Paul Tonkinson.
The North West Enquirer’s Rich List, published on June 22, proved to be extremely popular and generated wide discussion and it is expected that this compilation will prove equally, if not more popular.
While our researchers are busy beavering away to finalise the list, any and all suggestions are welcome. Please contact Laura Keay on 0161 909 0950 or
