Story: The lady contacted me on RSVP a dating site.
She sent me some nice photos
She said she loved me and wanted to come to Australia to be with me
She said that she had paid a deposit to a travel agency and that I must pay the balance of $us 2,100
I was expected to pay in cash although I wanted to pay by credit card
I became suspicious so she sent me a copy of an Aeroflot airline ticket.
I checked with Aeroflot they said it was a forgery
She sent me a copy of an Australian visa , but when I checked with the Australian embassy they said it was also a forgery.
I was lucky but this is a highly organised scam that can forge airline tickets and visas
